Biofuels Digest Index edges up to 62.12 as large caps, enzymes recover

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, edged up 0.26 percent to 62.12 as large caps and enzymes recovered. For the day, Valero (VLO) gained 2.41 percent to $28.88, while Amyris (AMRS) jumped 4.12 percent to $2.53.  Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) soared 8.91 percent to $2.69. Overall, declines and advances were even for the day.
