CarbonScape signs supply agreement with New Zealand Steel

In New Zealand, CarbonScape has signed an agreement to supply New Zealand Steel to supply green coke, using CarbonScape’s microwave process to turn forestry waste into carbon products, including metallurgical coke. CarbonScape will supply a trial shipment in 2014. If approved by New Zealand Steel, CarbonScape will supply green coke to NZS. CarbonScape is working to get the investment it needs to scale up to commercial production.
