Hydrous ethanol stocks in Brazil are shrinking during the inter-crop period

In Brazil, stocks of hydrous ethanol have fallen by 600 million liters through Jan. 31 to just 2.499 billion liters from 3.139 billion liters two weeks before. That’s also down from 2.602 billion liters during the same period last year. Brazil is currently in its inter-crop period, waiting for the new harvest in April when ethanol stocks typically get used up and prices rise.
