Mothballed Spanish biodiesel company trying to come back online

In Spain, the mothballed Linares Biodiesel Technology that shut down three years ago is planning to participate in the quota distribution that the ministry of industry recently announced in hopes of starting back up production. The registration period to receive quotas is open until August, so it’s not clear if it’s possible for the company to receive the go ahead for production before then.
