Biofuels DIgest Index falls to 70.92 as advanced biofuels slump

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 0.99 percent to 70.92 as advanced biofuels slumped. For the day, Ceres (CERE) dropped 3.07 percent to $3.47, while Syntroleum (SYNM) dumped 13.04 percent to $0.40. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) recovered 2.12 percent to $1.93. Overall, declines led advances 4 to 1 for the day.
