Sri Lanka’s illegal ethanol import debacle gets worse

In Sri Lanka, the illegal ethanol imports controversy continues with another 15 containers waiting for clearance. Since the first two containers arrived carrying illegally imported ethanol that was later impounded, eight more containers have arrived and have been illegally cleared. The consignee for the first two containers was arrested on March 19.
