Coordinating Research Council releases report comparing renewable diesel with standard diesel

May 9, 2013 |

In Florida, ARA submitted a sample of its ReadiDiesel for a Coordinating Research Council (CRC) alternative and renewable diesel study — resulting in the report “Advanced Alternative and Renewable Diesel Fuels: Detailed Characterization of Physical and Chemical Properties” that compares the results of detailed analyses of the physical and chemical properties of ten advanced alternative and renewable diesel fuels and four commercial ultra low sulfur diesels (ULSDs). In the report, ARA’s ReadiDiesel, made from Agrisoma’s Resonance Energy Feedstock, is referred to as “RD3”. The report includes ASTM spec testing data,  mass spectrometry and GCMS data.
