In California, Amyris announced the appointment of R. Neil Williams, Chief Financial Officer of Intuit, as a member of Amyris’s Board of Directors and the Chair of the Audit Committee. Williams has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intuit since January 2008. Before joining Intuit, Williams was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Visa U.S.A.
In California, Intrexon announced that it has aligned its industry markets to focus on four key sectors: Health, Food, Energy and Environment.Energy will be led by Bob Walsh, most recently CCO for ZeaChem and formerly CEO of LS9 and Aurora Algae.
