BioAmber announces admission to NYSE Euronext Paris, inks European distribution agreement

In France, BioAmber announced that the French Autorité des marchés financiers approved BioAmber’s prospectus for admission of its common stock to listing and trading on the Professional Segment of NYSE Euronext Paris, and has granted visa number 13-265, dated June 10, 2013, on the prospectus. BioAmber’s common stock will commence trading on the NYSE Euronext Paris exchange on June 11, 2013 at 09:00 Central European Time under the symbol “BIOA,” and will be denominated in Euros on the Paris exchange.

In other news, BioAmber also announced that IMCD Group is now distributing BioAmber’s biobased succinic acid in the Benelux, France, Iberia, Germany, Poland, South East Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom & Ireland, targeting customers in the resins and coatings market. IMCD Group focuses on the sales, marketing and distribution of speciality chemicals and food ingredients across Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific, with business units offering a range of comprehensive product portfolios, currently turning over €1.4 billion.  IMCD currently works with customers and producers across 39 countries.
