Ukraine setting up two-year biofuels development framework to support blends

In the Ukraine, the ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry is teaming with the National Science Academy to develop a two-year framework that would build up the country’s biofuel industry, both liquid and solid biofuels. The country already has a policy framework for 5% and 7% ethanol blends by volume through 2016.
