Ethanol shortfall seen for start Brazil’s interharvest season

In Brazil, Bloomberg New Energy Finance expects that increased demand for ethanol this season will lead to insufficient supplies during the inter-harvest season when the current crush ends. This year’s interharvest season began with ethanol stocks of 2.5 billion liters but estimates show that the next season may start with less than a billion liters on hand.
