Jayant Agro plans a Joint Venture with Mitsui Chemicals and Itoh Oil Chemicals

In India, Jayant Agro, a leading castor oil and castor based derivatives manufacturer, Mitsui Chemicals,Inc Japan and, Itoh Oil Chemicals Co. Limited, Japan have together entered into a Joint Venture Agreement for Investing in the equity Shares of Vithal Castor Polyols.

Itoh Oil Chemicals is a leading castor oil speciality manufacturing company in Japan with products ranging from castor oil, its derivative and various speciality chemicals derived from castor oil. Jayant reports it has the widest range of castor oil based chemicals and specialty chemicals in the world. It’s Research and Development Centre is focused on developing new products and applications based on castor oil and its derivatives.
