Dakota Spirit AgEnergy plant will require water system upgrades

In North Dakota, the Jamestown water system will have to undergo $1m in upgrades to meet the requirements of a water sales contract under negotiations with Great River Energy as they prep their Dakota Spirit AgEnergy ethanol plant. The plant broke ground in August and plans to be operational by next year, with the upgrades completed by late summer or early spring.
