E-Biofuels gets piecemealed out while execs sit at heart of SEC case

In Indiana, the E-Biofuels biodiesel plant is being piecemealed out after having declared bankruptcy in 2012. The facility that was commissioned in 2007 is at the heart of a major tax and security fraud case led by the SEC against several of the company’s former executives. In total, the US Attorney has filed 88 charges against the accused in the state’s largest tax fraud case.
