Missouri’s E15 aspirations on hold for now

In Missouri, a state legislature committee has blocked a proposal seeking to allow E15, though not mandate it. The move is more of a temporary moratorium rather than a true block, however. The full legislature is expected to vote on the proposal when it reconvenes in January.
