Minnesota’s E15 debut retails at the pump 15 cents cheaper than E10

In Minnesota, Penn Mobil is the first gasoline station is offer E15 in the state, and is offering it 15 cents per gallon cheaper than regular unleaded—which is E10 anyway. At least four independent gas stations owners are going on their own under a new brand they’re creating called Minnoco. The state has 21 ethanol plants.
