Biofuels Digest Index falls to 66.65 as advanced biofuels reel

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, fell 0.86 percent to 66.65 as advanced biofuels reeled. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) fell 3.82 percent to $2.52, while Renewable Energy Group (REGI) dropped 3.45 percent to $10.91. Among other equities, Solazyme (SZYM) slumped 3.15 percent to $10.46. Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
