Black Pearl Capital leads $12 million capital raise for Ennover Group

In the United Kingdom, Black Pearl Capital Partners lead a $12 million capital raise for Ennovor Group, who will invest the proceeds of the financing during the fourth quarter of 2013 to fund capacity growth at its Bromborough Facility and to expand its European tolling program. Black Pearl Capital Partners is a private equity fund created and managed by Black Pearl Capital. Ennovor Group is a sustainable fuels company and is part of the Black Pearl Capital Group with a current production capacity of 100,000MT/year.
