Simadan Holding to invest $90M on Amsterdam biodiesel plant

In the Netherlands, Simadan Holding plans to invest over €65 million (nearly $90m) in a second generation biodiesel plant with an estimated capacity of 150,000 metric tonnes annually. The plant will also produce up to 50,000 metric tonnes of bio-glycerin per year. It will open on a 12 hectare location in Amsterdam.
