Port of Pasco begins eviction proceedings on Green Power

January 6, 2014 |

In Washington state, the Port of Pasco has started eviction proceedings on Green Power whose lease has expired and whose CEO is in federal custody for alleged wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering. The company was meant to be producing biofuel from 100 tons of MSW per day but apparently workers only sifted through the owner’s own personal trash and removed rocks from horse manure. His debts allegedly reach $28.4 million while investors are claiming he has defrauded them of $6.7 million.
