Sweetwater, Proterro CEOs commit to ABLC 2014 – addressing Hot Sugars – making industrial sugars into a commercial reality

In Florida, Biofuels Digest announced that Sweetwater Energy CEO Arunas Chesonis and Proterro CEO Kef Kasdin will present addresses on ABLC 2014’s opening morning — addressing the topic of Hot Sugars – making industrial sugars into a commercial reality.

“First comes the sugars, then comes the glory,” noted Biofuels Digest editor & publisher Jim Lane. “Affordable sugars are the lifeblood of an enormous range of companies. Some want to move away from food-based sugars because of cost, some want to avoid the volatility of commodity prices, some have customer demand for sugars made from non-food sources — in some cases, all three.”
