BETO debuts interactive integrated biorefineries map

March 31, 2014 |

In Washington, the Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) has debuted an updated Integrated Biorefineries (IBR) Map, which displays the locations of BETO-supported IBRs and illustrates U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) investments in states across the country. The map’s new interactive features reveal additional information about each state’s IBR projects by identifying the types of technology used and the products manufactured at these facilities. This map will help users expand their understanding of IBRs as it applies to the potential for facilities to produce valuable materials that can be used in American-made products.
