Superior court judges hit Green Power where it hurts

In Washington state, a King County Superior Court judge has found Green Power’s application for receivership to be “suspect” while a Franklin County Superior Court judge has ruled that the Port of Pasco can evict the company from the Big Pasco Industrial Park. The company’s CEO was arrested last year for wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering and is awaiting trial in Yakima. The current acting CEO has asked for more time while the company is allegedly sold and re-located to the Czech Republic.
