US ethanol and DDG exports jump in March

In Texas, ethanol exports in March jumped 25% over the month before with 84 million gallons, just under January’s 86.2 million gallons. Main destination countries were Canada and Brazil, with some also heading to the Philippines and Nigeria. DDG exports also soared, reaching a new monthly high of 1.16 million metric tons. Main destinations were China, who took half of the volume, with the rest going to Mexico, South Korea and elsewhere.
