Ethanol production up 6000 b/d to 39.65 million gallons daily

In the US, ethanol production averaged 944,00 barrels per day for the first week of June, which amounts to 39.65 million gallons daily. Up 6000 barrels per day from the week before, the number raises the four-week average for ethanol production to 934,000 b/d, or 14.32 billion gallons annually. Imports were up 10,000 b/d, and stocks stood at 18.4 million barrels. Gasoline demand for the week averaged 362.2 million gallons daily, with ethanol production representing 10.95% of that demand.
