Talks ongoing to boost Zimbabwe’s ethanol mandate to 20%

In Zimbabwe, talks are underway to boost the national ethanol blending mandate to 20% come March. Though blending was previously boosted to 15%, the blend was then wound back down to 10% due to incessant rains that delayed the sugarcane crush.
