Skilled workers from Zimbabwe’s Green Fuel lured to Addax in Sierra Leone

In Zimbabwe, a skills drain is underway as engineers and artisan staff working at Green Fuel get lured to Sierra Leone with attractive salary packages to work at the Addax Bioenergy facility there that just came online. The company says it is not worried about its shrinking staff and has said it will instead recruit from the local talent pools to fill the skills gaps.
