Methes Energies Inks exclusive catalyst deal for New Pre-Treatment Process

In Nevada, Methes Energies announced the introduction of its Methes PP-MEC catalyst, and Dorf Ketal Speciality Catalysts as exclusive manufacturer. The PP-MEC catalyst is a major active ingredient in this a new pre-treatment process for high free fatty acid (FFA) biodiesel feedstocks, including non-food grade corn oil, that Methes announced via webinar on August 28th. In additino to being a biodiesel industry supplier and technology pioneer, the company markets and sells biodiesel fuel produced at its showcase production facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and at its 13 MGY facility in Sombra, Ontario, to customers in the U.S. and Canada.
