The Hot 30, Hot 40 and Hot 50 — voting underway

In Florida, The Digest is reporting voting from the earliest precincts in the Hot 30, Hot 40 and Hot 50 ballots. These votes are based entirely to date on subscriber voting. Photo Votes are now being tallied, and the voting by the invited International Board of Selectors will begin later this month.

With early precincts reporting:

Leaders in the Hot 30: Genomatica, DSM, DuPont, Elevance, LanzaTech., BioAmber, Braskem

Leaders in the Hot 40: Liquid Light, Virent, Green Biologics, Inbicon, Industrial Microbes

Leaders in the Hot 50: Solazyme, BASF, Beta Renewables, Amyris, GranBio, LanzaTech, Novozymes, POET, POET-DSM

In early Photo Voting, this weeks Photo Votes of the week were awarded jointly to Genomatica, Liquid Light, GranBio, Verdezyne and New Energy Farms. These photo votes can be seen below.

The 2014-15 rankings process for the Hottest Companies in the Advanced Bioeconomy will continue into early October, and the 2014-15 rankings will be announced live at ABLC Next in San Francisco on November 10th.
