Biodiesel blending factor seesawing as market waits for better D4 RIN prices

In New York state, the biodiesel blending factor rose to its highest level since Aug. 8 at minus 28.43 cents/gal despite lackluster demand as buyers wait to see if D4 RIN prices improve. Fifteen straight sessions saw the factor climb eight times, but never rose for more than two days in a row.
