Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 65.54 as advanced biofuels rally

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, jumped 1.00 percent to 65.54 as advanced biofuels rallied. For the day, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) rocketed up 10.88 percent to $11.62, while , while KiOR (KIOR) rebounded 30.65 percent to $0.08. Among other equities, Abengoa (ABGB) was up 5.34 percent to $18.93 . Overall, advances led declines 9 to 8 for the day.
