Biofuels Digest Index gains 1.01 percent to 68.79 as advanced biofuels recover

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 1.01 percent to 68.79 as advanced biofuels recovered. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) soared 13.22 percent to $0.43, while Solazyme (SZYM) slumped 4.28 percent to $2.91. Among other equities, Abengoa (ABGB) tipped back 6.60 percent to $14.29. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
