Chicago Argo ethanol prices soar to seven-month high on tight stocks

In Illinois, Chicago Argo ethanol prices hit a seven-month high of $2.73/gal, the highest since April 11, thanks to expectations that stocks will remain around the five-year low of 17.335 million barrels reported last week. Next data is to be released Wednesday. Higher corn prices are also supporting ethanol.
