FGV to triple biodiesel production by 2016

In Malaysia, Felda Global Ventures announced it intends to more than triple its biodiesel production to 350,000 metric tons by 2016 by investing $47.5 million in expanding capacity at its Kuantan biodiesel plant. The plans were announced at an event showcasing its B30 trial on commercial transport vehicles. The company plans to show the way by achieving B100 in all its own vehicles in the next years.
