Finnish Bioethanol negotiating with UPM for mothballed paper mill

In Finland, Finnish Bioethanol who recently was awarded a $35 million grant by the national government to help build an ethanol plant, is negotiating with UPM to buy the Myllykoski paper mill site, including the remaining equipment. The facility has been mothballed since 2011.
