Six Canadian Pacific ethanol cars derail outside of Dubuque

In Iowa, six Canadian Pacific freight cars carrying ethanol have derailed near Dubuque with one having caught fire. The rural area is not well accessed by roads which is likely to delay emergency services and hazmat from putting out the fire.
