Argentine biodiesel exports up 40% in 2014

In Argentine, biodiesel exports jumped 40% during 2014 to 1.6 million metric tons, up from 1.15 million tons in 2013. At the same time, domestic biodiesel production increased nearly 30% in 2014 to 2.58 million tons.  Meanwhile, ethanol production jumped nearly 43% in 2014 533,978 tons, nearly all of which went towards satisfying the E10 blending mandate.
