The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, was flat at 65.58 despite an enzymes surge. For the day, Codexis (CDXS) jumped 11.34 percent to $4.50. while Gevo (GEVO) retreated 5.80 percent to $0.25. Among other equities, Abengoa (ABGB) rallied 7.87 percent to $18.10. Overall, declines led advances by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
