Eldorado Biofuels cheers new rule that opens up market for wastewater

In New Mexico, Eldorado Biofuels could get a boost from a new rule set to be imposed by the New Mexico Oil Conservation Commission that will allow companies to reuse water from drilling operations, leading to potentially 100% recycled water use instead of relying on limited fresh water resources. Eldorado Biofuels says it can offer its algae biofuels technology to drilling operations to clear up the water so it can be reused.
