Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE) introduces bill to extend RVP volatility waiver to E15

In Washington, Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE) has introduced legislation to extend the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) volatility waiver to E15, allowing retailers to offer E15 without restriction and provide greater consumer choice for motorists. Tom Buis, CEO of Growth Energy, issued a statement of support for the legislation, stating that “this has been a major obstacle ever since Growth Energy led the successful effort to get E15 approved for commercial use.”
