Finnish government wants 40% renewable fuels by 2030

In Finland, the government wants to boost the share of renewable fuels to 40% by 2030 compared to current use of 8%. The national industry represented by the petroleum and biofuels association, a recent expansion to the petroleum association indicating the fossil fuel industry’s recognition of biofuels’ role in the transport energy mix in Finland, support the government’s plan as bold and commendable.
