June 10, 2015 |

In Washington, the EPA announced it is working with the International Civil Aviation Organization to develop regulations for the greenhouse gas emissions from aviation. The agency will hold a public hearing on the issue on Aug. 11 and will open a 60-day public comment period. A new standard could only be ready as soon as 2017 with implementation for 2018.
