Biofuels Digest Index falls to 67.15 as large caps falter

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, fell 0.99 percent to 67.15 as large caps faltered. For the day, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) dropped 2.38 percent to $11.88, while Monsanto (MON) plummeted 5.73 percent to $106.32. Among other equities, DuPont (DD) shed 3.36 percent to $66.20. Overall, declines led advances by a 7 to 3 ratio for the day.
