Biomass prices drop by 30% in Lithuania, helping to cut heating costs this winter

In Lithuania, biomass for heating prices are set to be up to 30% lower this next winter which ought to reduce consumers’ heating bills by up to 15% due to feedstock accounting for roughly half of the overall heating bill. The estimate is based on long-term feedstock contracts that major heating companies have recently signed.
