Colombian ethanol sales rebound in July to January 2014 levels

In Colombia, ethanol sales in July rebounded to levels not seen since January 2014 at 40.7 million liters, up 9% on the year and up 18% from June. Ethanol sales through July are up 8% on the year at 255 million liters. The domestic ethanol blend is current at 8%. Production though July is also up at 251 million liters, 9% higher than the same date last year. Kingsman expects ethanol production to total 500 million liters in 2015.
