Eco-Energy Distribution Services starts construction on NC distribution facility

In North Carolina, Eco-Energy Distribution Services announced the commencement of construction of its distribution facility located within the terminal complex area in Selma, NC. The project includes service agreements with Marathon Petroleum Company LP, which will upgrade its terminal to receive, store and load biofuels. The newly connected facilities will be equipped to receive 96 tank cars daily via the Norfolk Southern Railway for outbound ethanol distribution via pipeline connection and/or tank truck delivery to all area gasoline blending locations.
