Rubio wouldn’t mess with the RFS, until 2022

In Iowa, Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio says don’t mess with the RFS, at least until 2022. He says that he wouldn’t have supported the legislation had he been a sitting Senator back when the law was approved in 2007, but now that it was in place he didn’t feel it was fair to pull the rug out from under the industry now that it had invested significantly. The position puts him at odds with candidate Ted Cruz who is gaining popularity in Iowa despite disapproving of the RFS.
