European T2 ethanol prices at near one-year lows

In the Netherlands, continued lower demand for T2 ethanol has weakened prices to near one-year lows while the market waits for the floor price to appear, but some traders have hope that as maintenance season approaches, less supply will counteract weakened demand to support prices at least temporarily. The front and second month swaps held in a contango pattern for the third consecutive day, a trend which has not extended past three days since March 2, 2015.
