March 3, 2016 |

In Arkansas, residents of Maumelle spoke out against the proposed $12 million 4.2 million gallon ethanol storage facility Green Plains is looking to develop with Delek, voicing concerns at a town hall meeting about possible derailments so close to a high school, only 1,400 feet away, and middle school that are sited in the industrial park near the rail spur.
