Digest Bioeconomy Index gains 0.38 percent to 55.08 as ethanol equities rebound

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, gained 0.38 percent to 55.08 as ethanol equities rebounded.

For the day, Amyris (AMRS) shed 3.64 percent to $1.06, while Abengoa (ABGB) dropped 4.29 percent to $1.34. Among other equities, Green Plains (GPRE) rallied 2.39 percent to $18.415.123 percent to $48.13.

Overall, advances led declines by a 5 to 4 ratio for the day.
